I'm stuck on the third lev. Nod Obelisk [message #-979253]

I am stuck on the nod obelisk lev.
I have two objectives left.
Destroy the power plant and;
rescue the scientists.

I have set the Ion Cannon beacon to destroy the building next to the large Nod plane but when I try to get access to the green doors I cannot get in and I cannot find the keycard.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
