Help with Ion Cannon beacon on Temple of Nod mission [message #-979097]

I got to the part where I destroyed the NOD powerplant and thus deactivating the laser fance in front of Temple of NOD. I'm suppose to place the ion cannon beacon in front of it, but the problem is, I don't have the ion cannon beacon! I never got one in the mission, so here I am, standing right in front of Temple of NOD with my mammoth tank, stuck!

Anyone know how?
