It could be possible by using the subterrain APC script written for the reborn mod. The same script could be used for under water vehicles. It depends who's doing the scripting on the mod though weather they will impliment it. Also will the theif, spy and tesla coil scripts be in the next release because the theif script would be a cool addition to the mod.
