Thanks for the feedback here, I was really pleased with it all. I did a lot of research and now have many links to archive.org with interviews at the time - including Tom from 1999 to 2003. They helped me shape questions. I will see about putting something together like this.
There is also an excellent PC Gamer feature in October 1999 IIRC.
I will also try and find other Westwood team members and ask questions too.
