Another possible cause is starting the FDS'es and/or bots at the same time. We have seen that issue at BlackIntel, causing commands to go to the wrong server. We still don't exactly understand how the hell that's possible, but it could happen. Wierdest bit was that the renrem ports where 10 ports away from each other normally. So say 5004 would be one renrem port, the other would be 5014 and the one after that 5024, yet sometimes commands got send to the wrong server.
