IDE Cable [message #451377]

Well I was given this computer for free and now I'm in the process of fixing it and making sure everything is where it should be. I'm stuck on this IDE cable (I think that's what it is) with these blue connectors and I have no idea where to slot them. I can get to the screen where it says to continue installing the OS (Which is gonna be XP of course) but when I click Next it says there's no hard drive installed. I'm not sure if you can tell by just looking at it but maybe someone here can point out where I've fucked things up.

If you need more information about what I'm working on just let me know.
