i am new at playing renegade and i just downloaded renguard so i could get online to play with a friend of mine, but everytime i try to start renegade, i lose my connection to renguard so i cant get online to play..this is what the messege says.
"RenGuard has detected corrupt files. In order to install Core patch 2, you need to download fixed copies and extract them to your renegade directory. Mix files (maps) belong to the data directory.
Click on those download links, unzip the files and put their contents in your Renegade/data directory to overwrite your files that do not match our expected profile, and when you are done restart RenGuard."
it says i need to download the the scripts.dll file to the renegade/data directory wich i have done several times and i still can not get on. just wondering if any of you guys have any ideas....thanks
