You do not know where you are. You are in some rocky mountain area digging. You find a big precious stone. Will you declare your find to the government?

By law ( Sarcasm ) you are required to declare your find to the government so they can tax your ass and rob you even more and sometimes even take it away from you (in some countries).

I will keep it to myself...screw the government.
