"then, try this to see if it makes your problem go away.
Open regedit (go to start then run then type regedit).
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE and then Software and then RenGuard."
I did all that but rengaurd wasn't anywhere in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
???????
