Yes, you're right, it does tend to fail, but usually in cases of racism and sexism and rape and other bullshit. However, when it comes to someone being a pedophile, the court system would do nearly everything in their power to convict them (rather, the people manipulating the court system).

Just curious, did you know him? Did you ever even MEET him? No? Shut the fuck up, then. The media gladly tears people to shreds, and MJ was no exception. I'm not talking about the news, I'm talking about nearly every form of media. He was the headlines all the time and the butt of every joke, 'til he died anyways. I especially like how, again, you say myself and the people defending MJ believe what the media tells us like sheep pretty much, and yet you're sitting here doing the same thing. "Right" is a relative thing. VERY relative. In some cultures, it's seen as "right" to beat the shit out of their kids. In other cultures, it's allowing them to be free and do what they want. So who's right? Oh, of course, you, right?

The fact is, MJ had a troubled childhood. Very troubled, moreso than most dipshits who think they do (OMG MY DAD DIDN'T GET ME AN XBOX 360 /CUT). But, he didn't take it out on people. Instead, he decided to do things right, and give children who didn't really have the love of a parent, the very love they lacked. It may have been a tad messed up, but considering everyone around him said he was a very, VERY good father (You can see this if you watch his home videos that were released), I kinda trust the people who knew him more than some dipshit who's convicting a man they don't even know of false allegations people made up to destroy a man soley for his money or for other material gains.
Oh, and as for my "extreme argument", how is it extreme? Here, let me try some of that ad hominem (Mixed in with some facts). The fact is, most people who hate people who love their children, had a troubled childhood, often involving physical abuse from their parents.
I guess it makes sense though, maybe daddy was a bit rough with the dildo on you.
