Depends. Are you talking about the Decepticons from the American live action adaptation? Or from the original anime?

Because if it is from the American movie, then the Decepticons would win due to their ability to read any motor vehicle, copy its makeup, and transform itself into it.

If they couldn't do that, then Nod would just simply overpower them.

i mean the original anime (generation 1).

even it was the movie, nod would still have the stealth and the tiberium technology. and Kane itself of course. arent these enough to counter them?

i chose the decepticons because they are stronger than the autobots, even though they are short in numbers.

Well, since that is most likely an electronic feature, it would be shorted as soon as Nod deploys their EMP. EMP = bye bye circuit boards

If the decepticons were to attack nod they'd be able to do it before nod even knew they were going to be attacked.
