i just have a pc, i dont really like to spend alot of time sitting at home, so the fact that i dont have any consoles makes me go play at someone elses place. i think that if i was ever to buy one i would just end up sitting at home and gaming non stop. oh and i would need a better tv as its old as shit and it would have terrible graphics on it. while my computer for most games would look better than any of the same games on consoles. for example fallout 3, mass effect, there were a few other games that looked so much better on pc than on xbox 360.

I passed on purchasing a cheap ps3 from a friend because I came to the conclusion the games I could play on it I can on my 360, and the games on the ps3 that I can't play on the 360 I would hardly play.

I've owned the NES, gameboy, Nintendo DS and PS2. But i never played on that PS2: the games are just awful :-S.
My NES was my prefered one, by far.

the only reason the ps3 costs more is because it has more to offer tbh. It's $100 more than the Elite, but as the lowest model, it's pretty much better in every way, except for the HDD space. The Ps3 isn't being used to it's full potential at the moment, but Blu-Ray will carry it atleast 1 generation past the 360. Next-Gen xbox will pretty much be this gen Ps3...
And I'm not fanboy.. i already said i have both. The 360 is a great system, just it doesn't have much farther to go, it's pretty much being used to it's full potential.
