How many think he has surpassed his invisible second chance everyone has given him, and has gone back to the annoying, stupid HORQWER? Let's see public opinion here.

He's an idiot, an admitted cheater, and a troll, but he's also 13, and nobody has been banned even for the same offenses, so let him stay. If he's that annoying, ignore him. Seriously, ignoring people works wonders. I've been ignoring madrackz and renalpha for a while.

If enough people stop responding to his incessant idiocy, he'll either leave on his own or he'll become a more respectable member of the forums. Either way, it's a win-win situation for all.

I'm 13.

Honestly, that's messed up logic. Why "Lets not ban someone, because we've never banned anyone for the same reason before!"

Think about it, he WAS banned before here.

You can't do that because of his history. By doing that you are giving him his 3rd (4th?) chance to redeem himself after the other chances failed miserably, I don't think he deserves another.

Now, he hasn't done anything wrong with respect to the forum, therefore should not be banned from the forum... but he should not be trusted in game.. at all! Because he is not consistent with his promises to not cheat. Nor is he consistent with saying he cheats and saying he doesn't cheat. It's as if he has no concept for what's considered right and wrong.

Put it this way, he's been somewhat trying to straighten up. At least, that's the way I see it. Has he been failing miserably? Absolutely, but he's trying. I mean, you don't punish someone for failing at quitting smoking. You try to support them. Tough love by ignoring him may be the best solution rather than banning him.

I'm not saying he should be trusted in-game. You reap what you sow, but you can't just turn your back on those sincere. Again, he's only 13. Yes, BlueThen, I know you're 13, as well, but let's realize that not everybody advances at the same pace. As a forum generally made up of 16+ year-olds (especially now that the game is 6 years older, so are we), we need to be a little more willing to guide those younger. If he's being sincere, the least we can do is realize that he's just not as far along as we are.

But he has been given the chance to redeem himself 3 times already, and every time he just sinks back into the hole he started from.

When he gets in that hole, he starts acting all pessimistic.. saying everyone hates him and no one is nice to him. He then tries to get respect that way, then when enough people say "it's ok" blah blah, then he starts disrespecting other members.

Your smoking example is completely irrelevant. Someone trying to quit smoking is doing something for their own gain, whether you criticize them for doing it or not, it doesn't effect anyone else. Unlike him, who has cheated on many different occasions, been banned from dozens of servers, confesses, then is given a second chance only to get caught cheating again! And then when he is given the BOTD again, he betrays his trust again and proves that he still owns cheats and can use them by cheating on Reborn and basically handing them out to other people.

In stead of your example of criticizing someone trying to quit smoking, it should be if you would criticize a 2 time murderer for trying to come clean after lying about not killing anyone anymore.

But like I said, the forums are a different entity entirely, that's why he shouldn't be banned.

Also, @ Ryu. I find it funny how you said "Grow up" and "Ignore him" in the same sentence. :\

Yes, many of his posts seem retarded. No, they usually don't break the forum rules anymore.

He was banned for a long time for breaking the forum rules plain and simply. He got a 2nd chance because he showed he was willing to work at that.

He knows that he's very close to a 2nd ban. I warned him in PM now for a coupel of things that were border line.

I don't think he's of bad will. I'm afraid he's just immature. But if we were to ban all immature members of reneforums, there wouldn't be that many left here, would there?

You aren't banned for cheating on this forum, but you give away your ip by coming here and if server owners ask for it, we will provide them with all info we can get about cheaters.

That's my POV on this matter.

I wasn't talking about giving him second chances on servers. I'm talking about these forums. That's what this thread is about, and that's all I'm taking into consideration.

It's as Goz said, he hasn't broken any forum rules, but he has been warned.

Oh, and enough with these "Ban <insert name>" threads. Do they ever work? No, so what's the fucking point? You'd think people would get a fucking clue and realize that nothing ever comes from them. This type of thread is more annoying than anything.

Then perhaps the title/poll should have been, "Is Heavyx101 an idiot?" or "Should Heavyx101 stop being a troll?" instead of the whole ban idea.
