Well I heard Iron Man (the movie) was good.

I dislike the Hulk and the Fantastic 4, especially the Thing.

I'm going to say Iron Man.

It's Hulk., "The Hulk" has sheer brawn over "The Thing". Ben has the greater speed and cunning, but Bruce gets stronger the angrier he gets. There was a stand off between the two in the Marvel comic books, they bought in the avengers and the fantastic four aswell, but ulitimately Bruce and Ben had a stand off, and Ben couldn't contain Bruce. They then got Captain America, Ironman and some other super hero's to try and help his rampage. Ironman couldn't do it alone.

So really you have to summize that bruce Banner, AKA The Hulk is better then both of them.
