When is start brenbot or the standalone renguard i get this message:

./brenbot: relocation error: ./brenbot: undefined symbol: Perl_Gsigfpe_saved_ptr


The previous version of brenbot is working fine

we are running on gentoo 1.4

I've been having the same problem with Fendora core 1 and a compile of Perl 5.8.3 from perl.org. HELP!
