I think Over Heating on my Graphics card or something was the problem..

I have taken one of my side panels off and it all seems fine now :rolleyes: Confused

this reminds of what happened to maytridy.

he was trying to uninstall a program, it uninstalled, then the comp froze, and he resarted it.

and it came up to that screnn where it asked what u wanted to start up in, "safe", "normal" etc.

it turns out he was missing a "boot up" file.

maybe u r missing a boot file

Not aware of any serious overheating issues on ol GF4MX cards, even the passively cooled ones.

If it was fixed when you took the side of your case off, my first glance would be the CPU. Put the side back on and try running it again for a while, and when your computer restarts, go into the BIOS and come back here and tell us what your CPU temp is.

I have a program to tell me all that.

The CPU normally runs around 40ºC-50ºC.

I've got 2 fans in my Case (3 if you include the on on the graphics card).

1. On graphics card
2. On CPU
3. Inside the case to take out hot air..
