First question: Why default SFPS 60 are on Windows Server 2012 as 59? Windows Server 2008 have 63?

Second question: Is this normal behaviour?

Default server settings without sfps or nur chagnes. (sfps 60 but on this OS its 59 and nur 30) CPU halt states disabled and SpeedStep also disabled over bios. So CPU isnt clocking up or down. Priority process was set to high.

So 15 flamers which are flamming have these values:

Ingame net stats:
index.php?t=getfile&id=15486&private=0

TaskManager CPU usage:
index.php?t=getfile&id=15484&private=0

TaskManager NET usage:
index.php?t=getfile&id=15482&private=0

Another 16th flamer cause full CPU core load, unstable SFPS and KBPS drops.

Ingame net stats:
index.php?t=getfile&id=15487&private=0

TaskManager CPU usage:
index.php?t=getfile&id=15485&private=0

TaskManager NET usage:
index.php?t=getfile&id=15488&private=0

I agree with 59fps thing. I execute 5SFPS 60 when game start but it is always 59, and Winows Server 2008, it was between 58 and 63.

Additionally, server usually crashes with TT scripts, while NO plugin loaded, with no DUMP files. I was suspecting about DA before.

(Having SFPS too low manually drops it significantly.)

SFPS 60 (But 62): index.php?t=getfile&id=15492&private=0
SFPS 16: index.php?t=getfile&id=15491&private=0

When SFPS drops, ping increases and KBPS drops.

Looks like after 2 days uptime it cant event handle 15 flamers anymore. It dropped to 7. So TT team reaction?

I set my MaxRen bot to restart server every day.
Helps a bit to make my old poor computer taking a deep breath.

Retested again but on old classic Windows XP. There are stable 60 SFPS and with 15 flamers which flamming SFPS start drops to 58 - 59 without any KBPS drop.

So it looks like its issue with Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019 and Windows 10.

So jonwil and dblaney try look on it.
