The fact that it took so incredibly long for those servers to ban you tells a lot about their quality.

Preetty sure I'm not banned from Jelly-Server and RC offered to unban me which I declined.

Not sure why it's relevant because if it weren't for me this game would have died during the GameSpy shutdown, but okay (same which Tiberian Sun online but that's not relatede to the GameSpy shutdown..I worked with two other people to add a completely new way to play Tiberian Sun online which doesn't require XWIS or LAN emulators like GameRanger, nor serial which XWIS requires).

I think XWIS require only valid login and doesnt check for serial anymore which is installed. But yeah u can create nick only on valid serial over web page.

Yeah they changed the system like that so you can't register in-game but need to register your serial on the XWIS site. Before you could register new names by logging in with a new nickname + password in the game itself.
