Download This File and extract into your Renegade main folder, NOT the data, and overwrite the existing file.
The guy Iranian created a little patch for 4.1's bandtest.dll file which enables servers to restore the Airstrip, Weapons Factory, Barracks and Hand of Nod.
This patch also re-enables the Purchase Terminal Icons properly again and highlights them so you can purchase again.
The building restore powerup we have on the server now finally restores the WF/Air/Hon/Bar as well.

No thanks whatsoever goes out to the Tiberian Technologies team for not wanting to make this minor change in their files.
Placing this file in your Renegade folder is fine; You will still be able to join on other servers.
