I guess you don't believe in second chances, even though we gave you one by allowing you back with 4.0.
I helped with a lot of things internally and continue to do so, I didn't even want to moderate there again, but the owner believes in second chances. I'm very pleased we have 4.0 running on our server, we have a new and improved bot, all of our plugins have been re-written and our memory leaks have been fixed. The playerbase are very happy with the new and improved server that we beta tested internally for many months.
Blacky's done a great job with everything, even though he breaks the server when he comes up with a new idea lol, that's what beta testing is for I guess. 
Regarding mokojinn hugging, that was resolved internally a while ago and he hasn't done that shit again since. Any moderators caught breaking the rules will be subject to punishment.

Fairness is very important to me and I made sure I addressed this internally. The thread wont vanish as it was a genuine complaint and got dealt with as such. Just because we don't post about it in public, does not mean it was not dealt with.
I don't blame the other moderators for not being amicable with you, you have a long history of hugging and badmouthing the server which is why they said what they did.
You was only banned from the forums for the all the trolling you was doing, you are not banned ingame and you wont be as long as you follow the rules.

I wondered why he never wanted to run 4.0. I guess I know for sure now... The likes of sbh reveal wouldn't really make much difference in a sniper server though which is why the owner didn't act upon this. It's now mandatory for every moderator to run 4.0 at TmX.

my writen out of hate thing was aim at nurple. for being so fast to post without seeing those logs .
if you troll tmx you will see there is no love between me and mikey . and mikey knows I dont trust him or any HOH member as a players. I ask for ..forcett mikey.. every day in game at rencorner and I think the mods there should forcett anyone who gets around 184/10 kd with snipers.
