I havent played for a long time and finally now i am back online in this great game.
since i dont know this new community i would like to find a clan to play with.
can someone help me?

Unfortunately you are a few years too late, no respectable and active clans exist in renegade anymore. However there are still several communities that have large player bases so if you are looking for team play on teamspeak etc. I suggest you head over to Jelly-server or n00bstories.

There are a few more but I wouldn't rely on their life spans.

I would say that the only active clan now a days is the Renegade section of WNx, you'll see a lot of us about in most of the popular servers.

WNx is a very large clan that doubles as a community
it has a Renegade division and has had one for a very long time
whereas clanwars.cc is a single league made up of different individual Renegade clans
