Me and my friend was testing out some stuff on our server and we came across this, now I thought it was the char refund so I took that out and still get it.
When you buy a char and then go back into the pt and try to buy a diff one, with in a sec it will give you whats in the chat.
Also believe it does it to you when you spawn and try to get a char with in a sec.
