TankClash, i respect your opinion greatly but you are not seeing it from both sides of the spectrum. i am generally polite in game and never attempt to make any issues with folks in game. I am not just defending myself from this abuse but defending others who are seeing this abuse first hand too. If you read the replies in the topic you will see that the majority of replies back me up on my claims.

I didn't LOL. You should start "grading" his posts. I'd find that very humorous.
Anyway, I went into NS to play. Found that joe was ingame. Only thing I had about him was the fact that people would complain to him about cheating, and instead of handling it, (me in this case) he would just tell them to post on the forums.
Someone complained about me with SBH reveal or some shit, and he just told the guy that he was playing and I was using 4.0; if he had problems to post on forums.

Tis true. Although, I have no need to lie, Joe is genuinely a really good moderator that gets the job done as we both know. Italy is well known for his trolling (in Ax as well) so this thread really isn't surprising at all.

So is everyone else trolling too? I've watched and seen his "moderating" You're blatantly fishing for a bad response from iTaLy with that.
Everyone has their bad moments as a moderator, but I've yet to see one of his good moments. I've seen a few incidents in the little periods I play so I can understand why people are at least a little pissed at this guy.

well if you do play i haven't seen you, or are you too ashamed to use Azazel these days? i'm in there daily and get on great with mods and players alike, with joe being the only exception
and Shai you thought me a lot as a mod and you know i was pretty fair and decent. both before the split i did a lot and after when i came back i would do a lot of the work and put in most of the hours ingame.
Tiesto still likes milking cats btw

I was just poking at the "single-handed" bit, Italia. 
Just ignore Joe, and stop messing with him. When you first started playing there regularly, there was some incident and I said a few things to him in IRC. He didn't take the advise and just made things worse by blowing it out of proportion and making it escalate further. That's something he shouldn't be doing. Looking back through logs it seems to be a frequent problem.
At any rate, cut your losses, Italy. With the owner backing it you cannot win.

as advice to people who have borne the brunt of tyranny from joe including the topic starter, i suggest to tone down the language, eliminate ad hominem completely, remove all crude pictures and to make your statements and present your arguments using decent to-the-point posts. a passionate, clean, and pure line of reasoning will be required to fight this type of injustice. so please first get started on editing your posts and clean-up, please. if we use standards of decency in this debate, it will be difficult for the NS establishment to ignore you or brand you as "bashers"
bear in mind that this is not something against NS or the outstanding server facilities provided to us to enjoy our free time but against the internal corruption of one of the mods and false, immoral Xinhua-type lies being announced by NS to cover it up.
in summary, this situation has arisen because:
-NS moderator Joejjj80 has been for years used cruel manipulation to maneuver unaware and unsuspecting players and provoke them into a fight so they can be muted or kicked.
-a calm smooth peaceful server environment is turned to warfare and strife because of the aforementioned actions of NS moderator Joejjj80.
-the situation is no longer bearable as players all across enjoy the NS server and its outstanding facilities, gameplay conditions, gameplay settings, and that such enjoyment is being corrupted by the tyrannical provoking activities of NS moderator Joejjj80.
