If you're looking at top notch quality: http://softlayer.com - They are expensive, but well worth the price. I can also recommend Limestone Networks (http://limestonenetworks.com) - Their service is great and so are their servers - but their control panel is nothing compared to SL's one. If I had to choose a host, I'd go with LSN, price/quality is great. SL is just a bit expensive.

I strongly echo the suggestion for both of these providers. I've worked with both of them running Renegade servers and running a GSP. They both run a great shop and they have a similiar take on business, even though one is 1000x times bigger.

Also SoftLayer will be launching their Amsterdam DC very shortly so watch out for even better competition in the EU market. SL has also had a POP in Amsterdam for quite some time which would improve ping times to their NA servers from EU gamers.

Server4You, we (SilverBullet Servers) have had the EcoServer LARGE server for a few months and it's been great, it's cheap and you get a LOT.

Oh and ours is located in the EU (Germany to be exact).

Lone;

I assume you're using Win 2k8 64bit. How does the FDS cope with that? A few people have told me it doesn't like 64bit OS's.

Yeah, we're using Win 2K8 64bit Web Edition.

The Renegade FDS works just fine on it, haven't noticed any problems.

Other servers that we have running are: 4 Killing Floor servers, 2 TF2 servers, a Minecraft server; no issues at all and still plenty of resources left.

We've been running it on Windows XP 64bit ever since we have our own box, which is April 2007 I think.
