Cleared out keyboard settings after installing 4.0 Beta [message #454510]

Some players have been experiencing their configuration being wiped outa after installing the patch beta, causing them to be unable to move or do anything else until they open their options menu and re-configure their keyboard settings. I don't know why this happens but there are quite a few examples of it happening.

Long time and well respected Renegade community member, programmer, modder and tester.

Scripts 4.0 private beta tester since May 2011.

The launcher is supposed to move all configuration over to the new location in the registry. Apparently, that doesn't work well. This is the same problem as the serial 00000 issue.

Edit: (The new registry location is necessary to run without administrator privileges on Windows Vista/7 with UAC.)
