Reborn requires scripts 4.0, a project that TT is working on. However, since Reborn just has to do some bug and balance fixes other than the things that require scripts 4.0, it's probably safe to assume that Reborn will come out first.

C&C 4 is the last installment of the Kane saga. They never said anything about ending Tiberium, Red Alert, Generals, or C&C all together.

Actually, they do plan on ending the Tiberium saga; As quoted directly from PC Gamer (September)

The map is budding with new ideas and great game-play, AitcraftKiller just has to get to the root of the problem, it seems to have him pretty stumped right now.
Leaf him alone, he's doing a good job. I'm going to go out on a limb here, and say this map isn't fir you.
Anyway, this thread is really starting to lumber along, all this over some sap's map? I thought the game was dead, but this thread at least is poplar. It makes me pine for the days of yonder.

EA has said themselves, on multiple occasions, that C&C4 is not the last C&C game that will feature Tiberium. It's the C&C game that ends the story arch of Kane.
Go onto their forums and search for yourself if you don't believe me.

Same thing. The Tiberium saga is TD, Renegade, TS, C&C3 and C&C4, which all feature Kane.
This is opposed to the Red Alert universe.

If so, then yes, TT must come out before Reborn, unless Reborn decides it does not need 4.0 for their projected release.

Balance issues aside, the endings were trash. How can you compare Stalin choking a bitch after having been poisoned because he conquered all of Europe to "LOL LOOK @ KOMUNIST UNDREWAREZ!!1!"
And RA2/3 are a bit confused as to their themes. Do they want to be a game about world domination? Do they want to be the RTS equivilent of the Benny Hill show? You can't do both. They don't mix.
Thirdly, the game marks a sad shift in the C&C series that has persisted to this day -- substituting substance for style. Instead of making sure you have a high-quality game and solid plot, you can just leave it more-or-less done and incorporate a few hotties in the FMVs, and fanbois will still lap that shit up. The only C&C game since that hasn't given in is Generals, and retards seem to have some kind of pent-up impotent rage against it. Probably because the lack of tits.
Anyway, no matter what your opinions on the feel of the game, I'm pretty sure we can all agree there's no excuse for GIs outranging Telsa Coils.

Note, I did not say they were "good games." I just said I disliked RA1 more. It's much like Starcraft in that it's gameplay, style and story are so boring that you couldn't pay me to finish the campaign. I just don't have the luxury of an attention span that lets me play games that are boring and not fun. I think I got to like one of the last few missions for both campaigns before I stopped playing.
The other RA games had crappy stories too, but their cutscenes at least provided some entertainment value. I dreaded the cutscenes in both TD and RA1 for how embarrassingly horrible and flat out stupid they were.
Look. I'm a glutton for game content. If there is something in the game, I want to experiance it because I feel like I'm missing something if I don't. I like to fully watch all cutscenes in games and rolyplay accordingly. Immerse myself in the plot, so to speak. RA1's FMVs were just so horrible, that I couldn't bare to watch them. They are probably the only game that I've ever intentionally never wanted to watch cutscenes from.
The way I see it.. at least RA2 and RA3 had the element of humor to work off of. That's the only thing that got me through those games' stories.
I don't care what you tell me, but if my default emotion, for watching and playing the game, is embarassment, then there is no possible way you are going to convince me it's worth my time and effort.

You didn't find the humor embarrassing at all? Half of the "humor" wasn't funny, and there's nothing as embarrassing as the awkwardness created by bad jokes. At least RA1 and StarCraft were good, solid RTSes. They had substance, which is something RA2/RA3 lack entirely.

TT and 4.0 basically have the same relationship as scripts.dll and bhs.dll. This also means that they will be released together, and can't be mixed n matched with different versions.
