I was inspired by the cool light,stank, and arty skin. Now its not supposed to look the same, just some what similar.

I like the skin. Good usage of colors that match the apc's design.

Mayby you should downscale the logo on the turret. Let it look like a hatch or something. Also the big top picture's edges dont blend in that well. For the rest it is a good skin.
