ok i was just screwin around on campaign and came across wierd shit and i am wondering why it did that. Is this simnply having to do with scripts? This slowly got worse and worse until ren crashed.

it had to do with my vid card cause it said there was errors with it. its fine now i just wanted to see if anyone else had the same prob.VISTA SUCKS

Yeah, scripts doesn't play nice with single player. Do this:

Open your Renegade root folder, and rename scripts.dll to scripts3.dll.

Then, rename scripts2.dll to scripts.dll.

Once you're done with single player and want to play multiplayer, just follow those steps in reverse order.

^this. My graphics card did that when I played C&C Reborn for the first time because I hadn't removed the dust from my video card recently. IMO you should check for dust in your card as well.
