I don't know, I'm pretty sure you are mistaken. The last time I checked, the exact origin of HIV and AIDS was unknown or untraceable.
The virus takes a long time to allow itself to be seen, I'm talking years, so I doubt that even if such experiments existed, the virus itself would be traceable back to them.

I don't really have an evidence to back it up, I was just talking to my optician.

Question, Can you get it from kissing?
