Well, taking half a second to read... I see that the first number is the font size. What you want to change is in the second group, called FONT_INGAME_TXT. Change the '8' in the value to something like '10'. Save the file and go play.

It changed everything But the player listings on the Right and the f8 commands, what i requested

Hmm, my guess would be the 'header' font. Try different sizes for each ingame font and see if that works.
