Here's Iced Up GDI Vehicles! All GDI are done but I could only screencap a few. (Click my sig and go to my screenshots section to see the rest.)

Btw I told MGamer my process and he improved it a little. Hopefully he'll post his NOD icepack soon.

Buildings have a ton of different skins making them up, I might try Obby soon... but I am largely inexperienced in dealing with building skins.
