Aparently A freind thought it would be funny to install a big head file on my computer when I wasn't looking,Was quite a surprise when i joined my favourite server and was instantly banned. Anyway, Since I did'nt install the files I have no idea what to look for to delete them, What file extensions are hacks.

Easiest to do is to uninstall the game, delete the complete directory and then reinstall following the sticky in the "renegade client" subforum.
It's obviously never the player who installed the cheats. It's always the brother, cousin, friend, dog, fish, ... who did it.
