This question isn't very clear. Do you want to rent a server? Or do you want to download the FDS so you can host a server yourself?

I think he is asking what's a good server hoster these days and where you can dl the fds maybe? Look at the top of the win32 fds section for the fds download.

PS. This should be in Win32 FDS section...
