Recruit

Hi all. i've installed renegade again..
But this time, i've a problem with
CP1.. I've download it from http://www.renegadeforums.com/index.php?t=msg&th=18892&start=0&rid=4 0 And i've run the patch.
But he says :
Applying HISTORY File Patch for 'data\Always2.dat'

Old File not found.

So i download Always2.dat from that link..

But now he says:

error ept0036: Old File not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since file contents do not match.

What do i have to do?
please help! Smile

Did you update to patch 1.037 before installing core patch (this does not apply if u have the first decade).

Eeh no

if is start the game and go to online.. He said that there i a new download if i want to download him.. I click yes.. Then He say Searching file And 30 seconds later he said File could not found :S

Okey now i've do this:

1. Installed renegade.
2. Installed patch 1.037
3. Installed renguard.
Now if i open renguard everything is oke it works
then he get to install cp2.. The begin is oke
but by 20 seconds he says Check your internet connection/firewal
and try again. But there is nothing wrong whit the connection and the firewal of my computer is still off.
Do i've to open a port in my router..?
Or do i've to download cp1 first? or is patch 1.037, cp1?

Download core patch 2 manually, as per the topic (the renguard installer doesn't work correctly anymore).

I'd try that, but than he says that the old file could not found.. or something.. :S What means that? Do I've to copy all the maps of the topic for it? :S
