I'm sure the quotes explain themselves, MadRockz tried to hack Kamuix CnC and bypass NR.
His IP is 79.210.235.171, and his host is dip.t-dialin.net.

Everyone whos ISP is T-Online (Network Host and ISP), Congstar/1&1/GMX/Strato (ISPs who act as DSL-Resellers & use the same IP-Pool!) could have been this since all private ADSL-users in Germany don't have static IPs.
I smell stupidity: Yes, the two IPs are from the T-online IP pool (I checked it a few mins before this post), but a wildcard ban like you did kicks out
12,000,000 german DSL users -or in other words-
66% of Germany!
