Ok I've set everything up for a Free Dedicated Renegade Server, following tutorials and such and such, but then I load up the Renegade Master Server screen and it just repeatedly says "Creating game channel... Failed to create game channel... Retrying channel create"

I have windows vista and I'm not running mIRC and I followed this tutorial to create my server (I downloaded the updated versions of the programs mentioned on that tutorial because some of them are out of date): http://tiberium-planet.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=87#87 if that helps

Can anyone help me out please?

Make sure the username/password/serial are correct.

It didn't say my serial/username/password were incorrect when I installed FDS, would it do if they are incorrect?
