ok how do you get promoted i am a private (only 1 moth of playing) and i would like to know how to get promoted agin does it have to do with the ladder thing at the end of the game or points or somthing elce?

well when you get promoted it sead you get a health bonus i don' give a half a crap acout wre ia m ont he leaderboard

some servers have a modification where if you get a certain number of kills/points/whatever you get 'promoted' with higher health, regeneration etc. nothing to do with actual rank
