in 1 or 2 servers people buy med tanks for GDI then blow em up till u cant drive em but theyre beet up. THey dont count as a vec so they make like 10-20 over limit then repair so they got like 1-2 for each person. Ive tryed this on other servers, and on Multyplayer practice and it just blows up. How do u do that?

I knew revealing that post was a mistake.
You can only enable it through SSGM (or SSAOW if you wanted an older version). If you don't know what that is, just play on servers where it is enabled.
