I was reading into some more stories in the server owners section and something finally clicked... Below is info about 2 clans caught cheating (who both at first deny'd it) and now are dead. To start off, lest do [ZT]. Let me tell you about it...
[ZT] aka "Zero Tolarance" 2 months ago I believe, by mastermoe1 (who is also the leader), WHO is a convicted cheater (thread in server owners section so I copy and pasted):
Just a little note, I somewhat popular GSA player was caught cheating today.

note the time frame and such all within 6 seconds basically he did this damage with an auto rifle.
So just a little heads up to you guys.
Ok, next thing to know, the first 2 members were 2 former {WG} members (and WG got shutdown for cheating aswell), Atomic ([ZT]Atmoic0ne), and Stone ([ZT]Stonecold). Atomic is also a proven nickname exploiter and thats why he's banned from xphaze (go tlak to them if u want proof of this), and stone is the neighbur and good friend of mastermoe1 (a convicted cheater keep in mind) and has had cheat suspicions in the past (the fault reats on BiO for not looking into it). SO, [ZT] is lead by a convicted cheater, has 1 nickname exploiter (atomic), and 1 higly suspicious character (stone) 
The next clan, is [BHE]. Started by a f1re(something) and Crazyme99, who both were regulars in the TRPM server and wanted a clan tryout but didnt even get a tryout cuz they seemed soo shitty (basically not worth anyone's time). So after being denied a tryout by me, they decide to started their own clan, hence blackhand Elite (BHE). I later found out, ex-trpm14+18 were using big bodies, so I kicked them from the clan and they went to join BHE 18 is now known as BHEkiller (as seen on these forums) and is the leader of BHE. He is 13 yrs old, and admitted to me and Fl00d3d that he DOES use big bodies (id LOVE to see him deny this), and ex-14 is BHEsharp. As shown here:

^look in the background. At that moment he was using his other nick, sharpiei, and fl00d3d again can vouche saying he cheats. So bascially BHE=convicted cheaters.ALSO, on a part of the tsunami-alliance forums, a one smeagol06 posted:
"Omg...what a lousy clan[BHE] is. I dont mean any offense to those in[BHE]that are good...But so far i see.many [BHE] clan members either got accused of cheating or get flame by their own VLAN MEMBERS. I mean.look,how sad is that.
P.S:To the [BHE] clan leader,next time you recruit people into your clan,Make sure they are good and not NOOBY cheaters and GTA people and stuff like that.Its just so sad that [BHE] has so many cheaters and noobs,NOT ALL,but some who totally ruin the image of [BHE]clan."

"Bio did a 3v3 funwar vs BHE. They called us hackers, but didn't want to test us. Apparently they decided rather than supporting their claim by some kind of facts, it would be wiser to give final renegade a go."

Moving to a bigger scale, Tsunami Alliance. After kicking 14 and 18 from my clan, they went to join BHE, which then joined the Tsunami Alliance. I had warned fl00d3d that they were cheaters from day #1, about 2 weeks later the incident with BiO happens. This is "told you so #1". The leader of BHE (killer, convicted cheater) has now moved on and joined R*R, another tsunami alliance clan. So what does this mean? I don't suggest warring R*R And basically this means anyone clan that contains convicted cheaters, or plans on using cheats, visit www.tsugaming.com, you'll get all the support you need
Pretty funny, before the BiO thing, and after I proved myself by having killer admit to using big bodes on teamspeak, fl00d3d starts this thread on the forums:

(1) trooprm02, why were you hanging out on the TsuGaming.com teamspeak today, then?
(2) Stonecold has not been proven a cheater. By anyone. If ANYONE has ANY proof whatsoever, please bring it forward right now in this post. Otherwise, drop it.
(3) FireBlaze and Killer (both BHE members at the time) had decided to leave TRPM and form BHE and Killer, in an act of retardation, decided that he would cheat with +TRPM+ tags on to make you look bad. When it came to me, I pulled him aside and asked him because we have a zero tolerance cheating policy. I asked him what the story was about and told him that I don't care what the circumstance was, it was no excuse. I talked it over with a few of the other adults in the community to see what their opinion was and we agreed that he's only a kid and it was to piss you off - and that we've had ZERO problems with him on any other level. So I gave him a final warning and told him that if anyone comes to me with the slightest suggestion of proof - he's a goner from the entire community. Fireblaze never cheated. trooprm14 may have (and while he was in TRPM) but he isn't a member of our community in any way, so it is no longer my concern.
(4) [BHE]Eskamo200 and [BHE]3skam0 are two different people, and are brothers who live in the same house.
(5) [BHE]Eskamo200 and another were in a clanwar with BiO - and they thought that BiO cheated, so he felt it necessary to cheat. BiO complained, showed me the proof, and I spoke with him personally. He admitted it to me - and I banned both him and his brother from RenUnderground (our community's renegade servers) since they share the same hashes/IPs. I also insisted that he be kicked out of BHE clan, and he was.
(6) Killer has gone on to join RR clan, which was around before [BHE] and is mostly adult players. I believe he's the youngest. Anyway, that does not mean that other RR players cheat - nor does it mean that Killer is a cheater. The kid is clean, wanted to fuck with you (who wouldnt) on his last day ... got a stern warning ... life goes on.
Do not come on these forums, looking for sympathy, starting up trouble, and flaming my community and its members unless you are prepared to defend yourself. I right a very tight shop and I'm very strict about cheating. If I hadn't taken all of the above situations into careful consideration (and council from my fellow adults in the clan), it may be a difference scenario. But I stand by my decision; and anyone who trusts me or has faith in my leadership and decision making would too.

You seem to have overlooked one big feature in the screenshot: there's a Big Beacon sticking out of the Barracks if you look through the smoke (although, why it's missing a texture I don't know). As for authenticating the video, why don't you ask the BiO players directly? Anyway, beyond this, I have no stake in this argument, so that's all I'm going to say now unless I get flamed for no reason.

Exactly, and now fl00d3d is saying that im making up the BiO clanwar incident now (ROFL), great stuff Anyway, ex-18 cheating with big bodies in various servers, over the course of various days (as he explained it to me over msn, and less details but a confession WAS still given to fl00d3d by him on the TSU teamspeak, LMAO). Anyway, yes that SS (with the w3d hack in the background) IS from a member of Tsunami (BHEsharp), and as shown here fl00d3d continuies to defend that player. SO again, plan on cheating or have already? www.tsugaming.com is the place for you

So as fl00d said, i got my lecture and my punishment, it was a fair punishment. And im 12 so you know, not 13... Who cares though? Movin on...

No one in TSUgaming hacks, some have had there quick share but also there proper punishment, no one in R*R hacks whatsoever, we joke about it but its just a clan joke, RRgunner is probably one of the biggester anti-cheat players you'll ever find. Trooprm02 where the fuck do you get this shit from? At first you get all pissed off because I kick you out of Tsunami Gaming community because you're a wannabe pro and embarassed the hell out of me on these forums numerous times. Then shortly after, we have some incidents with your ex members (explained above). Then you disappear for awhile.
Now you come back, flaming pistols, all ready to work up a war against no only those people you're mad at (or me) ... but the entire community. What the fuck?! Seriously, you need to get some meds bro cuz you're losing your damn mind if you think I cheat or anyone else in my community cheats. The one and only person in the ENTIRE community (from any clan, any community, any game) that has cheated and is still allowed to remain in the community is RRkiller. And as I explained, action was taken and he's not a habitual cheater so I'm not concerned. Everyone else that has come close to cheating who has cheated has been kicked/banned; not only from the community ... but also from our public servers. Including Eskamo's brother (who does not cheat but shares the same IP).
I am one of the most determined ANTI-cheaters anywhere. Anyone will tell you that. I probably get annoying with all of my anti-cheat flames. So how could you possibly be so ignorant as to say TsuGaming.com would harbor such cheaters? Wow - you've gone off the deep end.
Since we're playing patty cake, why don't we get into the topic of your gay little clan that had 20 imaginary members and based their clanwar history off individual maps played. Or perhaps about your server that allowed you to play 1v0? Hmmm, or maybe the fact that there is a thread on these forums voting you as the #1 rene loser. Where should I start?
Just fucking give it up because you're preaching to a crowd that is on my side. You'd have better luck bitching to a wall.

(1) Just because one person cheated against you (which is pretty funny, tbh), never did it anywhere else ... ever ... apologzied ... and the adults felt it was sincere so we cut him a break ... does not mean we support cheating, you moron. Where did you get that from?
(2) I'm not 30+ I am 25 years old.
(3) I'm unmarried because I divorced my bitch ex wife. And anyone who knows me while I was married (ie. Crimson) will tell you that I'm a much happier and more reasonable person now. Not to mention I have been in a relationship with my fiancee (engaged) for almost 3 years now and she's more successful and attractive at the age of 20 than many other potential 'wives' out there, so I'd say I'm doing pretty damn good.
(4) I'm not poor. I'm working from home running this community and a few other side projects ... and since my fiancee makes enough money to support me while I'm pursuing my dream job ... I'd say we're wealthy enough to avoid criticism. I've insisted on going back to the workforce where I'm OVER qualified for many positions, but my fiancee refuses.
(5) I live in a $25,000 house? How the fuck would you know? We pay roughly $900/mo in rent for this house ($10.8k yearly rent), but that is rent. If you knew anything about property value, mortgages, rent, etc. then you'd realize that in the Baltimore area I'm living quite nice actually. Not to mention, you live with your fucking mother so who are you to talk?
