I was banned during a game for not having rengaurd on but it loads every time I start up renegade automatically. Is there any way it could have shut off while renegade was open and I was on the server? I quit to desktop after being banned and the rengaurd window was right there, so..... what is going on? And how do I get unbanned?
Also, my husband got banned after he started asking questions about why I was banned...wtf???

PS- after reading the "read this first", I closed down and logged in to rengaurd again and there was no extra message after it connected....

You was banned from Jelly server. Not RenGuard.

Post on there forums.

Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.

The reason why Renguard may have appeared to be off is because u changed names. As in: not using the same nickname as you used the last time u logged in with WOL. Renguard only remembers the last nick u used and logs in with it.

thank you.. that would actually make sense because I and my 3 kids each have accounts set up under different names to keep our scores seperate. THAT SUX!!!!

This actually belongs in the Renguard Client forum since she has a question about Renguard and not her actual ban. The problem was solved though, so moving this will be pointless.
