lol ive ran into another problem Huh ive got nightregulator running but i cant use commands like !tp or !rg and my server does not have recs like : sirownyou has been recomended by nigtregulator for MVP on last round. plz help

Cheak server.ini and make sure the option "Allow remote admin = true"

Presence is a curious thing, if you think you need to prove it... you probably never had it in the first place.

Do you see in your IRC(Internet Relay Chat) channel your bot appear and does it "say" things in your channel?
Try looking in your IRC channel while you kill somebody and look if the kill message appears there.

If not: double check your NR (for irc channel and server) and your server.ini (for remoteadmin, remoteadminpass and remoteadmin port) settings.
Check if the remoteadmindetails are the same in your server.ini file and your NR settings...
