Okay guys, this one shouldnt be to hard.

I want a good computer, with:

160 GB hardrive,
1-2 GB ram
a good graphics card,
a good processor, around a 3-4 GHZ
and a new mother board

Willing to spend around 1000 bucks or so. Mainly a gaming computer.

I need to know specific parts, prices preferable, and performence.

Since im a noob with computers, im hoping someone can build me a computer >:P

You do notice Ghz in a processor doesn't mean its necesseraly better then others..

Like the Core 2 Duo E6700 has 2.6Ghz I believe, and it out performs the Pentium4 EE 3.67Ghz in everything! And core 2 duo has a whole ghz left! I mean, of course you can overclock it that high, and you will have a cool-kick ass pc.

I recommend what I just got..

E6600
2GB Ram Croshair XMS Gaming Series
150GB Raptor X SATA (16MB Cache, 10K RPM) This is a bit pricy, but its the fastest type of HDD around. (Yeah, faster then SCSI, afaik..)
I also just got a 7950GT, very nice! $300 as well..

All this should come to around $1200 (You can always downgrade your HDD...)
