hi i need help i have just installed renegade ..then i go onto www.renguard.com then download it. and when it is installed i load renegade and it come in send error report and it will keep doing that....i am running windows xp ... plz help me

try reinstalling, couldn't say otherwise other than packard bell puts spyware on your computer
