does anybody know of any god dedicated windows servers that have:
remote access, i can install things
php
fast enough to server 20-40 poeple on renegadeserver.
i was considering fasthosts as the php is not required, just prefered.

You're not going to get a server for 150 a year, around 150 a month would be normal.
