Here is a few screenshots and my server.ini

This is showing that the server is hosted by Chrono and that it is up and running.

This is after i refreshed the server list, sorted by host name, with all the hosts that start with a C on the screen.

couldn't say, maby a currupt renegadeserver.exe try reinstalling

take out the objects.ddb in your server's Data folder

If your going to use Objects.ddb instead of Aow, start the server before placing the DDB file in your data.

go and put a objects.ddb in your server's Data folder, yes with the .ddb extension, game over to next map, (assumeing your useing a FDS) and tell me your server is on the listings.

But if you already have SSAOW, and a .aow file, won' it load that instead? Huh

Well yeah i was just saying, lol if he was not using it for some reason Huh . And if you use Objects.ddb with your server and put it in the data folder after the server starts, the server will not dissapear from the list unless the whole server is restarted. Unless Xwis has changed something, its been awhile since i did it, but it does work. there is a risk of getting the 0 bug though.

But what if the server has SSAOW, wont it then just load objects.aow and not objects.ddb? Dont Get It

I believe you can set it in the ssaow config, not sure tho

I had this problem before.when you go onto renegade add your servers name to you buddys list (A00000006EXAMPLE)

When i did this my server was online but for some reason it was in the chat room on renegade ?? all i did to fix it was run renegadefds uninstall program and click repair now it works fine.

He must be behind a router. At my work I tried to run a server on a 512KB Uplink and it was behind a router, and when I looked in the server list it wasn't there. So buy a server from someone who *knows* how to setup servers. Sarcasm
