I can't even get into Renegade! I click on RenGaurd then Renegade and then then the Config Pops ups! I select what I want click "Okay" the hit Renegade to start (again) and I keep going through the same process! I've even tried to go to game2.exe same problem (except without RenGuard)! Any ideas of whats wrong?

Some of your config got corrupted somehow, and it thinks it needs to launch WWConfig.exe. What I did is rename WWConfig.exe to something else, and it stopped. Rather funny, actually. It's probably not the best solution though... Wink

Yeah I guess I'll try that it seems like the best thing to do.

EDIT: I just tried that the Config doesn't pop up but a black screen flashes and RenGuard pops back up.

could you tell me how to finish installing rengaurd im like half way through it it told me to restart rengaurd. what does that mean. I dont get it


oh and try to uninstall then install it again

I would think there is something wrong with your config settings? Renegade doesn't seem like its liking the, Thats my only idea so far. You could try changing messing with them a bit.

Sorry for DPing but, I re-installed it (I forgot to a different directory) and I tried the config stuff neither worked.

Edit: Did it in a different dirrectory still didn't work.

I just recently got a virus and my PC always restarted as soon as it loaded, I disabled them under MSCONFIG (dumprep 0 -k, and daemon (virtual drive program)) and since then Renegade hasn't worked, but if I enable them again my whole PC won't work...

I wasn't sure though because I was pretty sure I removed the virus... I do like a couple more scans. BTW I can't uninstall RenGuard, I need to re-install it... ohwell.

I did some scans I found no viruses and Renegade still won't work.
