Brenbot Bans [message #193748]

Hi guys,

I have a fds runnign brenbot and cp2 etc. however after a few hours of one of my mods playing they will just be banned, and cant rejoin, however they are not listed in the ban or kick list and when i open up the .dat file in sqlite viewer they're not listed in that either.

Any ideas?

It's probably a wolban then. You can either restart the server, tell the mods to use a different nickname or have them use a direct connection to the server instead of through xwis. They should be able to use their old nicks after the next server restart.

Ok, firstly if it is a wol ban will they get the message "you are banned from this channel" and secondly is there anyway to disable wol bans, if its done through the local server? or is it purely having to restart the server? thanks buffymaniack
