Hello, I am new to the renegade community (only about 70 hrs)
and renguard keeps crashing. Specifically, every time i try to gen into renegade i come up with a blank white screen, reinstalling renguard fixes it, but this makes the 4th time I have had to reinstall it. I believe it could be a issue with internet, i am not always connected to the internet, and when i am wireless sometimes has trouble connecting, or modem fouls up, and i get te same white screen, sometimes computer restart fixes it, sometimes it doesn't.
i don't have screen-shot but i will be sure to get one next time it happens.
PS... what i believe would fix it is having renguard load entirely before pinging the network, and giving you the choice to start renegade without renguard i it cant connect

true, and i do now, i have also uninstalled renguard and now game.exe works fine, but i cannot reinstall renguard, it gets about 5 seconds into install and just stops, i tried downloading again and it didnt fix problem, im doing registry checks now but i dont know why it wont work

could you give some info on your operatins system, hardware, ... ? Maybe a screenshot when it crashes?

Sure,
i am running windows xp sp2 on a amd sempron 3100+ with 1 gig ram, 128mb nvidia agp 8 video, a 160 gig sata hard drive, and... thats pretty much it.
i cant give you a ss of crash, because i cant install it and it doesnt show anything funny until it just disappears, from the running processes list too.
I am resorting to a full reinstall of windows to fix it.
hopefully it will work
