ok i got the FDS Directory and stuff for that but after i download the latest version of night regulator (v2.1) and i install it(it says installation was successful) i extracted everything then when i click on Night Regulator.exe to start the program it says there is an error and i need to reinstall

i need some more help Crying or Very sad

extract EVERYTHING in the zip to any folder, then run setup.exe

If when you load NR it will not accept your FDS directory, make sure the directory has a trailing slash \ at the end, if this does not help, run register.exe in the NR directory and try again

so then, how do we get nightregulator to work for us if all the stuff is in nightregulator.cab? Tell Me

hey nightma can u give me an example of the FDS directory im confuesed >< i loaded NR through a different way and the thing u said about it not excepting my FDS directory came up so any help would be greatly appresiated Big Grin

yes, u install it...

Then perhaps go to the Start Menu? or go to the folder u isntalled it into? lol

yes, it is usually C:\Westwood\RenegadeFDS\Server\
