Last time I checked timed c4 was on a 15 second fuse lol

Very interesting video.
I'd argue that although the way he made the vid was unfair to the players in that game, it is better for the people who watch it. Even if he had recruited a group of players to help him make the vid, it would not have had the same impact, since those players would have been expecting the cheats. The first time I noticed someone actually reacting to the cheat in that vid was when he healed the mammy from 1/2 to full health from halfway across the map. It is much more educational this way- because that's how it happens in real servers. How are you going to spot a cheat if you don't have prior knowledge about how the cheat would be used and covered up in a real game?

to all players in the game it will look like you are holding a c4 and when you first shoot they will see you throw it(it will act and be like a regular c4) now after you shot/they see you throw it they will see you as having no weapon at all you will see yourself(you-cheater) with a lazer rifle. It's funny to see sometimes even mods ingames don't know what cheats can do. It's not hard (10-15mins) to make killer cheat that is 100% undetectable with any damage test or any screanshot test, the only way to stop them is with renguard.
I keep thinking maybe i sould make and release a bunch of totaly undetactable cheats to force all servers to run renguard if they don't want hard to detect cheaters in there servers... But I guess there is a downside to making/releasing this type of cheat, i don't know what it is but i'm sure there are some.

The downside is you get no credit. If you did get credit, you can say bye bye you renegade.
I've yet to watch the video yet due to me being on 56k, but I'm sure your talking about final ren if its most common.
Downloaded cheats are for the true n00bs of cheating, easly spotted and disposed of if you know about it, why the video makes a good point.

The video on the bottom was made by me, an 'extreem' cheat, which takes the name of 'most obvious' away from final ren. Which brings up a point the video does not represent.
Home made cheats are about the worst thing a mod has to deal with, while some are just as obvious as final ren, or that one, some you would never find out unless you took an ingame test. The best you can do is just rgforce any suspected cheater, cheating or not. If they are cheating then you just owned a n00b. If their not then you just got rengaurd another user. With rengaurd, the video is really only good for non rengaurd servers.

When I'm playing in my server, if anyone even looks like they might be cheating, I'll just force rg their ass. They should be running it anyway, so what's the big deal.
